These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eunomia Bot (the "Bot"), the Eunomia Bot web dashboard ("Dashboard"), and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, that you comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a Discord server or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that server to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Eunomia Bot is a Discord bot that provides the following functionality:

• Application and ticket management via Discord DM interviews
• Private support ticket channels within Discord servers
• Moderation tools including warnings, mutes, kicks, and bans
• A web dashboard for server administrators to configure the bot
• Bug reporting functionality
• User preference and notification management

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Use the Service to collect personal data without proper consent
• Attempt to trigger the bot's Message Content intent outside of its intended application interview functionality
• Impersonate any person or entity through the Service

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you add Eunomia Bot to your Discord server, you ("Server Administrator") are responsible for:

• Ensuring your server members are informed about data collection as described in our Privacy Policy
• Configuring the bot appropriately and assigning roles responsibly
• Ensuring moderation actions taken through the bot comply with your server rules and applicable laws
• The conduct of members who interact with the bot in your server

5. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep Eunomia Bot online 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Eunomia Bot, its logo, branding, and the dashboard interface are the intellectual property of the Eunomia Bot developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eunomia Bot and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server.
